Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Zion Crossroads, VA to be the backbone of the clinic experience. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and support new patient processing to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, scheduling appointments and answering incoming calls.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations and collect payments.
