Ivy Health is hiring a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. You will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and other front-office tasks to support seamless coordination between patients and our clinical teams.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent time management, and a customer-focused attitude.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Position Summary:

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience.
