Ivy Rehab in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our clinics and support patient care and front-desk operations. In this 40-hour/week role, you will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and help the clinic maintain top performance while delivering world-class service.

Experience in healthcare administration and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; training and growth opportunities are available

Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
