Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join its network of outpatient clinics. You will welcome patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and support clinicians to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptable with a positive attitude across fluctuating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and coordinate schedule with clinicians.
• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, responsive service.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments and process new patient information.
• Maintain clinic operations to support strong patient experiences.
• Collaborate with team to uphold world-class patient care.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
