Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator for their Old Tappan, NJ clinic to support front-desk operations, greet patients, schedule visits, answer calls, verify insurance, and collect payments. You will work with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

The role offers growth in a collaborative team with strong training and opportunities across our physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
