Job summary

Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who will handle front desk duties and help build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program and report to the Practice Manager, ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient experience across daily operations.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and timely payment processing within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
