Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Texas. This full-time role trains through a four-week program and focuses on delivering exemplary patient service and welcoming, efficient front-office support.

As Patient Coordinator, you’ll manage scheduling, insurance verification, and payments while maintaining accuracy and empathy in every patient interaction. Growth opportunities are highlighted by our training and supportive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection

  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing

  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

  • High regard for time management

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Must be age 18 or older
