Ivy Rehab for Kids in Kokomo, Indiana, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our full-time clinic. You will greet patients, schedule visits, handle calls, verify insurance, secure authorizations, collect payments, and help maintain clinic performance.

The role emphasizes collaborative work with clinicians and staff, emphasis on exceptional patient care, and opportunities for growth within the Ivy Rehab Network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Position Summary: Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
