Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Joliet practice. You will perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and trust with patients, after completing a four-week training program.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and balance deposits while supporting a friendly, collaborative office culture. This role emphasizes patient service and reliability.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be age 18 or older.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and organize charts.
  • Verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.

Salary: $17 - $19 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection

  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing

  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

  • High regard for time management

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Must be age 18 or older
