Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front-office duties, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and build trust with patients through courteous service.

You’ll complete a four-week training program, report to the Practice Manager, manage deposits and payments, and participate in a supportive culture that values timely, accurate information and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate patient service aligned with policies and dental standards.
  • Schedule/confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

As a Patient Coordinator , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
