Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will provide exceptional patient service, schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and assist with payment collection to help build trust and loyalty with patients.

You will participate in a four‑week training program, report to the Manager, and perform daily tasks that support a smooth patient experience. A high school diploma is preferred; 18+ ages welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
