Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks and create lasting impressions with patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, payment processing, and supporting the Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Organized and detail oriented; time management is essential.
• Must be age 18 or older.

• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
