Job summary

Aspen Dental in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office duties and patient scheduling with compassionate service. You will support patients by verifying insurance and collecting payments, and you will help organize charts and daily tasks in a welcoming setting.

You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role, reporting to the Manager and helping build trust and loyalty with patients through excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities
