• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; support front-desk operations.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar for clinicians.

• Assist with new patient onboarding and data entry.
