Ivy Health in Browns Mills, NJ is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and general front-office tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

This role supports the clinical team by maintaining accurate records, coordinating appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service to patients and families. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.

Position Summary

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.

Compensation Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr.
