Ivy Health is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator in Allendale, MI to greet patients, manage registration and scheduling, and support front office operations. You will help maintain patient records and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Patient Coordinator - Part-Time Allendale, MI

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
