The Patient Continuity of Care Coordinator provides oversight for the communication following the MQSA ACR criteria with patients during the journey of breast care and recommendations for followup indicated by final report. Communication between radiologist, Director, Chief Technologists, Office Manager, and nursing is vital to adhere to regulatory requirements.
