The Patient Care Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating patient appointments and procedures within a contact center environment. They are responsible for scheduling new and established patient appointments, distributing necessary paperwork, and coordinating recall appointments.
This job operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
The physical demands include standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.
Travel may be expected for training purposes.
