United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Patient Contact Center Representative (PCCR) to serve as the customer service liaison across practices. You will handle registration, scheduling and billing with courtesy and exceptional communication, following UHS policies to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Day shift in the Chenango Memorial Hospital switchboard and reception, 40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $17.19 to $24.42 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred medical, administrative, call center experience.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Position Overview

A Patient Contact Center Representative (PCCR) is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The PCCR interacts with each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.
