Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated Radiography Aide to greet and orient patients and families within the Radiology area. You will coordinate patient arrival, assist movement through the facility, and help resolve scheduling issues while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• CPR required within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and orients patients and family members to the section, department and facility.
• Notifies appropriate section of patient arrival and coordinates movement inside the facility.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and supports patient satisfaction.
• Complies with UPHS licensure standards and annual in-service requirements.
