Job summary

TH FAITH HEALTH SOLUTION LLC in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a compassionate caregiver to work in client homes, providing supervision, support, and companionship while encouraging independence.

This in-person role requires excellent English and relevant care experience (HHA/CNA/PCA or related work with individuals with special needs). Preferred schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility; immediate start and competitive pay $16.00-$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• HHA, CNA, RBT, PCA or individuals with experience working with people with special needs are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Candidates with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client's service plan and document services provided, according to agency and Medicaid/APD requirements.
• Encourage the client's independence while providing appropriate supervision and support as needed.
• Participate in occasional outdoor activities and community outings.
• Staff are expected to maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment.
• Energetic and comfortable working with clients of all ages, including children, adults, and senior.
