Job summary

Altais Medical Group in California is expanding its physician-led, team-based primary care model. This role focuses on comprehensive first contact and continuing care for patients, collaborating with the clinical team, applying evidence-based medicine, and adhering to guidelines.

You will advocate for patients, coordinate services, leverage Epic EHR, and participate in clinical initiatives. A California medical license and board certification are required, with 1–2 years of clinical experience;
