Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong math skills (basic arithmetic).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of trade area, customers and competition.
• Foster a positive pharmacy image through service, friendliness and cooperation.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, policies, security, scheduling, and reports.
• Maintain records for legal compliance and company policies.
• Keep equipment and signage in good condition and up to date.
• Ensure accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits are used properly.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
