Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a US-accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active/Unrestricted US medical license and DEA license

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and treatment to patients
• Chart patient interactions per policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and staff for coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
