Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for physical therapy licensure.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• CPR certification and background clearances required.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments and sets goals with patient/family.
• Delivers physical therapy interventions appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Completes documentation per department, hospital, and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and educational offerings.
• Considers HIPAA and data privacy in daily duties.
