Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Minnesota to be at the forefront of patient care, counseling patients, processing prescriptions, and administering immunizations. You will be empowered to share clinical knowledge and lead the pharmacy team in a fast-paced, technology-enabled setting.

You will drive community outreach and Wellness Days, support inventory control, and help achieve cost savings while maintaining patient-centered care across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and NABP certification.
• Current Pharmacy license.
• Completed ACPE Immunization training.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients, process prescriptions and administer immunizations.
• Engage in community involvement and lead Wellness Days.
• Understand business operations, from inventory control to cost savings and compliance.
• Model proper customer service, guiding staff to resolve concerns.
• Use data and conversations to understand community health needs.
