Job summary

Walmart in Minnesota seeks a Staff Pharmacist ready to lead patient communications, share clinical knowledge, and work to the top of license. You’ll counsel patients, process prescriptions, and administer immunizations in a fast-paced, well-equipped pharmacy.

You’ll engage with the community, support wellness events, and help control inventory and costs while guiding the staff on customer service. Join us to champion patient-centered care and ethical service across our pharmacy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and process prescriptions, and administer immunizations.
• Engage in community outreach and Wellness Days; contribute to cost savings and inventory control.
• Model and guide staff on customer service and issue resolution.
• Use data and conversations to understand community health concerns and stay updated on health issues.
