Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to communicate with patients and staff.
• OSHA training must be completed annually.
• Knowledge of medical office policies and procedures is essential.
• Experience in healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triages calls, schedules urgent add-ons, relays test results, and coordinates tests.
• Greets patients, takes vital signs, documents data, and maintains patient records.
• Assists providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepares and cleans patient areas and ensures sterile instruments.
• Performs medication reconciliation and processes refills within certification scope.
