Job summary

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support patient-centered care in our Primary Care clinic. You will provide clinical and administrative support, prepare patients for examinations, and assist providers during clinical visits.

This full-time position involves working closely within a team-based, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a Certified Medical Assistant certification, and experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant certification required.
• Medical Assistant healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care support, including taking vital signs.
• Assist providers during clinical procedures and patient visits.
• Manage patient communications and process referrals.
