CODES Cannabis is seeking a friendly Budtender to greet patients, assist with product selections, and ensure a welcoming, compliant shopping experience in our Missouri dispensary.

You will advise on cannabis products, process payments at the POS, verify IDs, stock shelves, educate customers on safe use, and maintain accurate inventory and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and state agent card.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and their benefits.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with product selections.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Stay abreast of new products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized.
• Educate patients on safe use of cannabis.
• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products as required.
• Check IDs to verify legal age and credentials.
• Take inventory and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain compliance with state and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
