Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Augusta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will follow evidence-based standards, perform the nursing process, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has an RN license (compact acceptable), BLS and PALS, and a degree in nursing. Strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required (single or multi-state compact).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing; ADN or BSN acceptable.
• BLS and PALS certifications required or equivalent.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally aware care with families involved.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through documentation and team collaboration.
• Support performance improvement, participate in research, promote evidence-based practice.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster skilled nursing staff.
• Comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure safety.
