Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Active RN license required in state of practice.
• Critical care RN background and SPU or PACU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, co-workers and staff to deliver respectful, culturally sensitive care.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Uses information technology to communicate, manage knowledge and monitor outcomes.
• Works within nursing and inter-professional teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement committees and implements changes.
