Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician with training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join our team. This role covers full-spectrum primary care for adults and children, emphasizing preventive care and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate practices at the top of their licensure, performs common in-office procedures, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, accessible care in a value-based model.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility).
• Current and valid DEA registration.
• No J-1 or visa sponsorships available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all ages with preventive, chronic, and acute care.
• Perform in-office procedures such as minor procedures and women’s health services.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification.
• Build long-term patient relationships through extended visits and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, dietitians, and care coordinators.
• Document encounters, care plans, and follow-ups accurately in the EHR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Support a value-based care model to reduce unnecessary interventions and costs.
• Engage in community outreach and practice growth initiatives.
