Job summary

The Staff Pad, in Hamilton, OH, is partnering with a renowned healthcare organization to hire a compassionate Physical Therapist. You will join a patient-focused rehab team to support recovery, mobility, and pain reduction.

Responsibilities include educating patients, administering therapies, monitoring progress, and maintaining records while following safety protocols. A TX license and CPR certification are required as well as a PT degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Texas Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of physical therapy equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of physical therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and educate patients on prescribed treatments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and mobility training while educating patients.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately.
• Provide age-appropriate care for patients across lifespan in accordance with departmental policy.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance as directed.
• Clean and properly store equipment after use.
• Maintain confidentiality while providing professional, patient-centered service.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
