Qualifications

• Active State Licensure.
• Able to supervise and support physical therapist assistants; rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Maintains regulatory and clinical documentation per policy.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their condition and review medical history and referrals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observation and listening to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on therapeutic massage techniques.
• Maintain patient records and track progress toward goals.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide interventions.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record according to regulations.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team members.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Document all required information in the electronic system and ensure records are complete.
• Participate in trainings, in-services and conferences.
