Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or certificate required.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross required.
• Preferred pelvic health experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition.
• Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques for age and condition.
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel.
