Job summary

Harmony Pointe Nursing Center in Lakewood, CO is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient care under supervision. You will work with licensed therapists to support daily activities in accordance with medical practices and company policies.

You will collaborate with a compassionate team, uphold residents' rights, and ensure respectful, dignified care while complying with facility policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current registration/licensure as PTA or OTA.
