Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Staunton, VA is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, on-site role. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise Pharmacy Technician staff, and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operation to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in the community.

You will lead patient safety efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory and workflow, and contribute to financial profitability and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety and pharmaceutical care within the pharmacy.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise staff to ensure quality service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Oversee inventory management, workflow, and customer service.
