Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license required
• Immunization training completed or in progress

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and process prescriptions with accuracy and consistency.
• Administer immunizations and support immunization programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff on customer service and workflow.
• Engage with the community through Wellness Days and outreach events.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

PharmD degree
