Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy seeks a Staff Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling on medications, and administering immunizations. You will work to the top of your license, support community health initiatives, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, accurate dispensing, and community outreach through Wellness Days and events, with a focus on teamwork and service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care, including processing and dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on health care needs and medications.
• Administer immunizations and support Walmart health programs.
• Lead with customer service, ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with policies and regulations.

Education
