Job summary

This full-time position requires licensure, PharmD, strong communication skills, and experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy. Core hours are 8am–5pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; Thu until 8pm, with potential evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active state licensure as a pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy.
• Experience with patient counseling and medication therapy management.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently with proper labeling.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers on therapy adjustments.
• Monitor patient regimens and ensure adherence and safety.
• Oversee inventory and ensure proper stocking and ordering.
• Maintain compliant patient records and documentation.
