Qualificações

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and infection control standards.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits.
• Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures, including vitals and histories.
• Support care coordination by managing patient flow and follow-up appointments.
• Provide basic nursing care within scope of certification and agency protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy standards.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed and environment remains safe.
• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
