Job summary

Noble Community Clinics is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to join our care team in Manitowoc or Sheboygan, Wisconsin. You will support providers, prepare patients, document in EMR, and help with exams, immunizations, and routine clinics, while maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk and clinical flow.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork. A High School Diploma, CMA Certification, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year healthcare experience are preferred; we offer strong benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR and immunizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and medical history.
• Document patient information in the EMR per best practice and HIPAA.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
• Perform basic labs and collect/prep specimens for analysis.
• Administer injectable medications and immunizations as ordered.
• Immunization ordering and inventory per Wisconsin Registry.
• Educate patients on follow-up care, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medical equipment.
