Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides relationship-based, patient centered care within a fast-paced medical setting.
• Gathers and records vital signs and other patient information for visits.
• Prepares patients for exams and assists during treatments.
• Coordinates tests and follow-up care and documents in the medical record.
• May support front office tasks such as check-in/check-out when needed.
• Collaborates with providers, nurses, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
