CompleteCare is seeking a Practice Manager with nursing background to provide friendly, professional care within a team-based, patient-centered medical home model. You will oversee nursing services, ensure safety, and collaborate with staff to meet performance goals.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program and a valid state nursing license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position at our Glassboro, NJ site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• A current license from the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients while ensuring a safe environment of care.
• Reduce risks of nosocomial infections in patients, employees and visitors.
• Operate within a team-based, patient-centered medical home model of care.
• Participate with the healthcare team to meet performance improvement goals.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information.
• Maintain a clean and orderly health center and utilize supplies efficiently.
• Plan departmental activities with supervisor and analyze data for improvements.
