• Performs interior and exterior patrols, identifies hazards, conducts inspections, and supports crowd and traffic control.
• Responds to emergencies, incidents, and violence, including de-escalation and use of force when necessary.
• Investigates incidents and prepares documentation, escalating issues to leadership when needed.
• Liaises with law enforcement and first responders to ensure policy compliance and safety.
