TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our mission-driven team supporting chiropractic clinics. You’ll greet patients, support check-in, and help coordinate care in a fast-paced environment. No healthcare experience?

No problem. We offer paid onboarding and training, ongoing education, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we expand across multiple states. This is a full-time role with a focus on patient care, teamwork, and a path toward professional development

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare experience required.
• Paid onboarding and training program.
• Continuing education support.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face patients trust from check-in to check-out.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from chiropractors.
• Coach patients through exercises and care plans to empower them.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations: schedule appointments, update records, and support clinic events.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to maintain a positive healing environment.
