Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transport patients between clinical and non-clinical departments and nursing units.
• Transport patients needing admission, surgical and procedural services, inter-unit transfers, or discharge from facility.
• Provide observation and companionship to hospitalized patients.
• Assist with basic ADLs as directed and provide supplies/equipment as needed.
• Ensure safety and security during transport and communicate changes to nursing staff.
