Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide patient‑centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will help create a warm, healing environment and support the Med/Surg team with compassionate care during each shift.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology and medical terminology preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• North Dakota Nurse Aide Registry compliance within four months if not CNA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities for patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Ensure patient safety and well‑being under nursing supervision.
