Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of Mission Health in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our collaborative nursing team.

You will assist Registered Nurses with vital signs, mobility, daily care and creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients while supporting care plans and monitoring conditions. Qualifications include NC CNA certification and Basic Life Support within 30 days.

• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
